Hello everyone and welcome to my blog. I don't celebrate Halloween but I love the idea of dressing up and getting candy by going to houses. One of the best ways to celebrate the festival is by reading books based on Halloween. This book is one of them so let's start with the summary.
Nine years ago a witch Vivienne Jones was heartbroken. And tried to feel better with bubble baths, sad music, vodka, and a curse on her ex. She wasn't aware of the curse was real and it affected Rhys. After nine years, Rhys has to travel from Wales to Graves Glen to recharge the town's ley lines and to make an appearance at the annual fall festival since he is the descendant of the town's ancestors. It became a disaster. Then Vivi realized that the hex might be the cause. The town then is under attack from wind-up toys to angry ghosts and a talking cat. Vivi and Rhys have to ignore their chemistry to figure out on saving the town and find a way to have a clean break up.
Rhys and Vivi met again after nine years, it was impossible for them to ignore their feelings, they tried to focus on the problem that is causing a mess to the town but working together is what brought them together.
