Six of Crows by Leigh Bardugo

Hello everyone and welcome to my blog. I love the Shadow and Bone series, it was fun to read and now here is the book review of Six Of Crows so le'ts get started with the summary.

Kaz Brekker is a criminal prodigy, and he has a chance for a heist which is breaking into the Ice Court to retrieve a hostage who has the knowledge that can change Grisha magic forever. Succeding the heist would make him rich but he cannot do it alone. And so a group of six dangerous outcast pull off an impossible and dangerous heist.

Each member has purpose for the heist, such as -

A consist who needs to take revenge

A sharpshooter who escapes from a wager

A runaway's past filled with benefits

A spy is also known as the Wraith

A Heartrender who use magic to survive

A thief with a gift to escape in any situation

The book has multiple points of view from each member of the Crow Club, from their past to the present and their dreams, it's what makes this book so unique and popular, especially in social media like Instagram.

One of my favorite quotes from this book is, "No mourners. No funerals. Among them, it passed for 'good luck". It is their way of saying good luck to each other, it is their way of treating each like a family.

Here are similar books to read -

Cruel Prince by Holly Black

A Court Of Thorns and Roses by Sarah J. Maas

Throne of Glass by Sarah J. Maas

Caraval by Stephanie Garber

I give this book a 5/5 rating. I hope everyone has a good day and I will see you soon.
