A Pho Love Story by Loan Le

Hello everyone and welcome to my blog. Aside from reading, cooking is one of my favourite things to do like making pasta, sandwich and noodle soup. Cooking is a way of making people happy, it brings families together and this book happens to be one of them so let's get started with the summary.

Two families from Vietamnies have their own restaurant, and these two families have been rivals for years, and they make sure their children never see each other, they cannot be friends. Linh Mai and Bao Nguyen have met once when they were kids, they didn't interact with each other again with the feud that has been going on between their families. Until an encounter has brought both of them together, Linh Mai and Bao Nguyen felt some sparks happening between each other, decided to reconnect.

Linh Mai loves to paint, she has a passion for making art however her parents prefer Linh to work full time at the restaurant and choosing to be an engineer. Her parents want to make sure she will have a future that is stable. They see her painting as a hobby but it was more than that to Linh. As for Bao Nguyen, he gets average grades in school, known for being popular and works at the restaurant. Taking journalism wasn't something he wanted to happen and but soon his interest will grow.

"I'm still here, you know. Nothing's changing the way I feel about you. Whatever we find out, we'll find out together." This is what Linh said, they spent years hearing the rumours from their families and the hate have separated and when they started to like each other, they want to fight for each other. They will stick together no matter what happens. This is exactly what I like in a romance book, the kind that makes you want to listen to romantic songs while reading this book.

So to conclude Linh Mai and Bao Nguyen works in their own families restaurant, they have been enemies until one moment brought them and they fell in love.

Here are the similar books to read -
