Becoming by Michelle Obama

This book talked about from the time Michelle grew up on the Chicago Southside to how she started her career as a lawyer all the way to meeting Barack Obama and becoming the First Lady. I love how the book started Michelle enjoying her last day in the White House by drinking a glass of milk in the middle of the night.

The first part of her book is about Michelle was growing, she learned how to stand up for herself, learned to play piano from her aunt and her parents taught Michelle about being independent and strong. All of this made her a strong woman that she is today, even after the days of being the First Lady, she has projects, she wants to keep writing. That inspired me to write, this is an inspiration to do what I love to do.

The second part of her book is about Michelle being a lawyer, and the time she met Barack. I don't really believe in love, two people staying together for a long time is not easy. But in her book, I love how Michelle and Barack fell in love, they supported each other in their career. And when Barack started running for president, they had many difficulties, Michelle wanted to give up, her husband once said that she can make any decisions, he will support her no matter what. That made me believe in love.

Now the third part is when Barack became the president, before being the First Lady she wanted to help people when she was in the White House she wanted to bring changes to the White House which was building a garden, not just for the citizens of America, it was for her daughters to be fit and healthy. She helped the military soilers along with their families, providing education to so many young girls. She made good changes to the country. Michelle is an ordinary person but she has done extraordinary things not just to America, especially to the world.
